Dave Speirs has extensive experience in the engineering industry, starting their career as a Senior Civil Engineer at UMA Engineering LTD from June 1985 to July 1987. Dave then went on to work as a Project Manager at Parsons Brinckerhoff from September 1989 to July 2001. Currently, Dave holds the position of Vice President and Area Manager at Parsons Corporation, overseeing the Orange County office in Irvine.
