David Yankovich

David Yankovich is an accomplished civil engineer with extensive experience in managing large-scale infrastructure projects. Currently serving as Vice President and Program Director for the Dubai Strategic Sewer Tunnel Project at Parsons, David oversees the creation of a deep sewerage tunnel system exceeding 70 km in length. Previously, David held positions such as Principal Project Manager for the rehabilitation of the Central Outfall Sewer in Los Angeles and Project Manager for the River Mountains Tunnel in Las Vegas while at Black and Veatch. Early career experience includes project management roles at Jacobs Sverdrup and structural engineering at STV Incorporated. David holds a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Union College.
