Erik Grant

Erik Grant is a seasoned professional in cybersecurity and engineering with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as a Red Team Security Engineer/Reverse Engineer at Parsons Corporation since October 2025, Erik also volunteers as the Head of Operations at the Human Trafficking Service Center, overseeing operations and outreach efforts. Previous roles include positions at Millennium Corporation, Raytheon Intelligence & Space, Booz Allen Hamilton, and Assured Information Security, focusing on red teaming, reverse engineering, and cyber vulnerability research. Erik's background features leadership in military and defense-related projects, having directed teams for the Air Force Research Laboratory and NATO, among others.
