Jayachandran Nair

Jayachandran Nair is a seasoned Quantity Surveyor with extensive experience in various high-profile projects across the Middle East. Currently serving at Parsons Corporation since April 2023, Jayachandran previously held roles at Compass Project Consulting, where contributions included the Al Faisaliah Hotel renovation in Riyadh, and at Cumming Corporation, overseeing major infrastructure developments in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Additional roles at Consultant HSS and Aecom Middle East involved significant project management and post-contract duties on projects such as Venetian Villas and Palazzo Versace Hotel. Jayachandran began the career at Advanced Contracting Company, gaining foundational experience in quantity surveying. Educational qualifications include a Post Graduate Diploma in Quantity Surveying from Heriot-Watt University and an undergraduate degree from Ghousia College of Engineering.
