Joe Damiani

Joe Damiani is a seasoned construction and civil engineering professional with a robust leadership background spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Construction Manager at Parsons Corporation since September 2024, Joe has previously held key roles such as Land Development Manager at Blue Heron, Client Services Manager at Ardurra, and Manager of Engineering at RTC of Southern Nevada. Joe's civil engineering expertise was further honed during tenures as Principal Civil Engineer at both Clark County Water Reclamation District and Clark County Regional Flood Control District, as well as Project Engineer III for the City of Henderson. Joe holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology, earned between 1986 and 1990.
