Justin Rhodes

Justin Rhodes is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in engineering and data analysis. Since October 2022, Justin has held the position of Project Leader and AI-ML Data Analyst at Parsons Corporation. Prior to this role, Justin worked at L3Harris Technologies from December 2016 to September 2023, ascending through various positions including Project Leader, Data Analyst, and Supervisor of Engineering & Analytics. Prior roles also include Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineer at L3 Communication Systems - West and Mechanical Engineer at US Synthetic, where responsibilities included testing machine design, new product development, and innovation leadership. Justin holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the University of Utah and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Brigham Young University.
