Leah Boits

Leah Boits is a seasoned professional in environmental services, currently serving as NEPA Section Lead at Parsons Corporation since October 2024. Prior to this role, Leah held the position of Environmental Services Lead at EMCS, Inc. from February 2020 to October 2024, and worked at American Structurepoint, Inc. as a Project Manager, Environmental Specialist, and Environmental Scientist between January 2014 and January 2019. Leah Boits earned a Master of Science in Aquatic Ecology from Utah State University (2003-2005) and a Bachelor of Science in Aquatic Biology/Limnology from Ball State University (1999-2003).
