Richard Compton

Richard Compton is a seasoned executive in the water and infrastructure sectors with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Area Director at Parsons Corporation since November 2014, Richard has held multiple vice presidential positions focusing on operations and program management across various regions, including the Middle East and Oman. Prior experience includes serving as Regional Director of the Water Business Group at CH2M HILL and holding several leadership roles at Halcrow, where Richard managed diverse projects in water, power, and environment sectors. Richard began the professional journey as a Project Engineer at Wessex Water. Educational credentials include an Executive MBA from IE Business School and a BSc in Building Engineering from the University of Bath.
