Scott Fournier

Scott Fournier currently serves as the USMC Account Director for Digital Force Technologies since April 2024. Previously, Scott held various leadership roles at QRC Technologies, a Parsons Corporation Company, culminating in the position of Vice President & General Manager from September 2018 to April 2024. In this capacity, Scott successfully restructured the organization to enhance productivity and reduce costs. Scott's earlier experience includes key positions at Marine Corps Systems Command, where oversight of the Tactical Signals Intelligence Collection System was managed, and as a Senior SIGINT Advisor for I Marine Expeditionary Force, leading a team in intelligence operations. Scott's extensive career in military and defense-related roles began with the National Security Agency as a Language Analyst Intern. Scott earned a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Maryland Global Campus in 2022.
