Stacey Salazar

Stacey Salazar is an accomplished human resources executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Human Resources Operations at Parsons Corporation since May 2018, Stacey previously held the position of Chief Human Resources Officer at Infinera from April 2007 to November 2017. During their tenure at Infinera, Stacey successfully managed executive compensation programs, developed global HR budgets, and led the integration of a $350 million acquisition. Prior positions include Sr. Director of Human Resources at Portal Software and Independent Consultant for HR engagements in the high tech and telecommunications sectors. Stacey holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from San Diego State University.
