Walter Koopmann

Walter Koopmann, CEM, PMP, is the Director of Customer Accounts at Parsons in the IPK Power Division, where they focus on supporting clients with technology solutions for utilities. Walter has over twelve years of experience in managing operations for utilities metering and SCADA systems. Prior to their current role, Walter served as a Senior Field Engineer at National Oilwell Varco and held positions, including Technical Services Manager for the City of Georgetown and Director Client Accounts at Electsolve, leading to the acquisition by IPK Power. They earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Instrumentation Technology from Texas State Technical College Waco.
