Jim Babb

Jim Babb has a diverse work experience spanning from 2008 to 2019. In 2008, they co-founded Awkward Hug and served as Lead Game Designer. From 2010 to 2012, they worked at Undercurrent as a Senior Strategist, Big Spaceship as a Strategy, and Hyper Island as a Master Class Lecturer. During this time, they also held a professorship at Hunter College in Game Design. In 2015, they became an Investor and Early Advisor at MikMak. In 2017, they founded Part and Sum, a customer experience company, and served as its CEO. In 2019, they became an Investor at Tone, an Attentive Company.

Jim Babb received a BFA and a BA in Film Studies and Production from the University of Colorado Boulder between 2003 and 2007. Jim then went on to receive an MA in Media Studies and Media Management from The New School between 2008 and 2011.
