Jerry Alvarado

Jerry Alvarado has a diverse work experience in the field of information technology. Jerry is currently working as an Information Technology Operations Manager at Partake Collective since June 2023. Prior to this, from October 2021 to June 2023, they worked as a Systems Support Specialist at Paladin Technologies. In May 2021, they worked briefly as an Information Technology Support Assistant at Bridal Collective. From January 2021 to May 2021, they worked as an Information Technology Support Analyst at Yum! Brands. Before that, they had a long stint as a System Support Specialist at The Habit Burger Grill from October 2017 to May 2021. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Computer Repair Technician and Manager at The I.T. Guys, LLC from June 2016 to August 2017, and as a Field Computer Repair Technician at The Computer Guys of Orange County, LLC from June 2015 to June 2016. Jerry also briefly worked as a CAD Drafter Solar Panel at Solar Panel Services, LLC from March 2013 to June 2013.

Jerry Alvarado attended Santiago High School from 2009 to 2012 and obtained a High School Diploma with a field of study in General Education. After high school, they enrolled in Irvine Valley College from 2012 to 2014, where they studied Computer Science.

In terms of additional certifications, Jerry obtained various certifications in different areas. Jerry gained a Certified Associate in Scrum Fundamentals (CASF) from SkillFront in May 2023, as well as an ISO/IEC 27001 Information Security Associate certification from the same institution. In October 2022, Jerry obtained certifications from Identiv, including Hirsch Hardware, Velocitiy Administration Levels 1 and 2, Velocity Certification, Freedom Access Control System, and Velocity Vision VMS.

Furthermore, they acquired the Avigilon Control Center 7 Operator and Administrator Certification from Avigilon in August 2022. In August 2021, Jerry obtained certifications in Customer Service, Cybersecurity, Network Administration, System Administration, and Technical Support from TestDome. In March 2021, they became a Lenovo Authorized Service Provider, and in June 2012, they obtained an Adobe Dreamweaver Certification. Lastly, in January 2022, Jerry completed the Google Analytics For Beginners certification provided by Google.
