Srikanth (Sri) Mandava is an accomplished technology and transformation executive with extensive experience in digital transformation, ERP/CRM implementation, and client advisory roles. Currently serving as Operating Executive at THL Partners, Srikanth is instrumental in driving IT and digital transformations for one of the world's leading private equity firms. Previously, as Vice President at HCLTech, Srikanth led technology transformations in the manufacturing sector, managing services for approximately 50 clients. Earlier career milestones include holding leadership roles at HCL Axon Technologies, The CRM Folks, Cap Gemini Ernst & Young, Nestlé, and Atos, showcasing a robust background in SAP ERP and CRM practices along with a strong focus on business consulting and client solutions. Srikanth holds an MBA in Finance and Systems from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, and a Bachelor's degree in Metallurgy from Andhra University.
