Rebekkah Swisher has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. In 1996, they started their career as a Chemical Engineer at Parsons and worked there until 2001. During this time, they gained technical expertise in the chemical process industries.

In 1997, Rebekkah interned at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln's Partners in Pollution Prevention program, where they provided pollution prevention assistance to businesses and conducted waste assessments.

From 2001 to 2013, they worked as the Editor in Chief for Chemical Engineering magazine, catering to technical decision-makers in the chemical process industries.

In 2012, Rebekkah briefly served as the Director of Product Development at Marshall Projects.

Starting in 2014, they ventured into consulting, offering a variety of finance and accounting services to small businesses, such as bookkeeping setup, financial management, and startup consultation.

In 2015, Rebekkah took on the role of Administrative Director and Financial Coach at The Stable in Malibu, providing administrative support and financial coaching.

In 2018, they co-founded PAES - Practical Assessment Exploration System, where they currently serve as the CEO. During their time there, they developed and implemented a research-based assessment system for students with special needs.

In 2022, Rebekkah joined Partanna as the VP of Sustainability, overseeing sustainability initiatives and practices within the company.

Throughout their career, Rebekkah has demonstrated a strong commitment to sustainability, business development, and providing specialized support to small businesses and individuals.

Rebekkah Swisher completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering at The University of Kansas from 1993 to 1998. In 1997, they participated in the Partners in Pollution Prevention Fellowship program at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Recently, from 2018 to 2020, they attended Pepperdine University, specializing in a Financial Planning Program.
