Lars Nilse

Lars Nilse is an experienced software developer with a strong background in bioinformatics and proteomics. Currently employed at ParTec AG since June 2023, Lars also works as a software engineer for OpenMS Consulting, providing contract services for companies including MOBILion Systems Inc. and Mozza Foods Inc. Prior roles include positions at n-fuse, where services were rendered to the European Central Bank and other clients, and as a bioinformatics scientist at Genentech. Lars has held various research roles in bioinformatics and proteomics at Universität Freiburg, Genedata AG, and multiple postdoctoral positions at the University of Tübingen and The University of Manchester. Lars holds a PhD in Theoretical Particle Physics from The University of Manchester and degrees in Physics from Heidelberg University and Durham University.
