Lesly Schlender

Lesly Schlender joined Parthenon Capital in 2012 as the Director of Research, Outreach and Development. She has over twenty-five years of research, recruiting and M&A sourcing experience in the private equity and executive search sectors. Lesly has worked on numerous industry projects including healthcare, software, financial services, technology and business services. She is responsible for sourcing Parthenon’s new investment platforms, portfolio add-on acquisitions, CEO executive identification, as well as Parthenon’s research function assessing niche industries.
