Rachel Retherford

Rachel Retherford is a dedicated education professional with extensive experience in counseling and school leadership. Currently serving as Meetings Content Manager at Parthenon Management Group since April 2023 and an elected School Board Member for Erlanger-Elsmere Independent Schools since January 2022, Rachel has cultivated a robust background in school counseling. Previous roles include High School Counselor at Williamstown Jr/Sr High School and Professional School Counselor at Woodland Middle School, where responsibilities encompassed event coordination, individual/group counseling, and social emotional learning initiatives. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Teaching Theater from Morehead State University and a Master of Education in School Counseling from the University of the Cumberlands.
