Chad Dykes has a strong and diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Chad started their career as a Quality Control Laboratory Technician at Mallinckrodt in 1988. Chad continued to work in various roles at Mallinckrodt, including as a Cooperative Education Student, Process Engineer/Supervisor, Senior Process Engineer, and Production Manager.

In 1998, Chad joined Mallinckrodt Baker as a Business Manager before moving to Tyco Healthcare as a Project Manager in 2001. Chad then joined Covidien in 2002, where they served as a Maintenance and Engineering Manager and later as an Interim Site Director.

In 2012, Chad transitioned to Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals as an Operations Manager and later as a Technical Services Manager & Performance Excellence Site Lead. Chad then moved on to TAPI - Teva Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients in 2015, initially as a Site General Manager and later as the President of Tapi Puerto Rico Inc.

Most recently, Chad joined PD International Holdings, LLC in 2018, where they currently hold the position of Vice President of Technical Operations. Throughout their career, Chad has gained extensive experience in technical operations, leadership, and management roles across the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries.

Chad Dykes completed their Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Kentucky between 1985 and 1990.
