Jeff Pawar

Jeff Pawar's work experience includes several roles in the engineering and facilities management fields. Jeff started their career in 1994 as a Pharmaceutical Sales Engineer at Hosokawa Micron and then worked as a Sales/Project Engineer at Draiswerke, Inc from 1999 to 2003. In 2003, they joined Eli Lilly and Company as a Principal Plant Engineer, where their responsibilities included energy conservation measures, leading utility installations, and interacting with regulatory agencies. Jeff later became an Associate Director - Facilities Business Operations at Eli Lilly and Company, overseeing maintenance programs and capital projects. In 2020, Pawar joined Gilead Sciences as a Director of Engineering and Facilities, managing plant/capital engineering, facilities, EH&S, and security. Their role involved managing a team, budget, and third-party engineering projects. Pawar's most recent position is as the Director of Site Operations at Rocket Pharmaceuticals, where they are responsible for overseeing site operations.
