Irene MacCagli

Irene Maccagli is a professional with a strong background in quality control and assurance within the life sciences sector. Currently serving as a Global Sterility Assurance - Junior Advisory Specialist at Particle Measuring Systems since May 2023, Irene previously worked as a QC Microbiologist at DIESSE Diagnostica Senese S.p.A. from June 2021 to May 2023. Irene also gained experience as a QA Specialist and Biologo molecolare at Polo GGB between July 2020 and June 2021, and as a Quality Control Biological Laboratory Technician at Eli Lilly and Company from June 2019 to June 2020. Educational qualifications include a Laurea magistrale in Medical Biotechnologies and a Laurea triennale in Biotecnologie from Università degli Studi di Siena, obtained in 2018 and 2016, respectively.
