Letty Chan

Letty Chan has worked in various accounting roles since 2014. Letty began their career at Cypress Private Security as an AP and Payroll Coordinator/ HR Admin. Letty then moved to ZeroCater in 2015 as an Accounts Receivable Specialist, where they were the first hire to the accounting team and was responsible for all account payables and payroll, onboarding new employees, and assisting in month-end close. Letty also opened new offices in 5 states and managed all sales tax/business licensing requirements. In 2017, they joined Talix as a Senior Accountant and Staff Accountant. In 2019, they became Accounting Manager at SightCall, where they assisted the controller in rebuilding financial statements for five global entities from 2015-2019 to be ASC 606 compliant under tight deadlines. Letty then moved to TapClicks in 2020 as an Accountant, where they identified gaps in the order to cash process and worked with other business units to optimize workflow. Finally, they joined DeWinter Group in 2021 as a Senior Accountant, and is currently working at Particle in the same role.

Letty Chan attended the University of California, Los Angeles from 2006 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Ethnomusicology, East Asian Studies, and Political Science (minor). Letty then attended the University of California, Berkeley from 2016 to 2019, where they earned a Professional Certificate in Accounting.
