Anshul Sharma began their career in 2018 as an Intern at INFONIC SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED. Later that year, they joined Bosch as a Security Analyst where they overhauled the process of extracting and analysing data using python from 40,000 Bosch systems across the globe, and acted as the first line of defence against cyber attacks with a success rate of 99.99%. In 2019, they moved to Particle41 as a Product Engineer and Team Lead, where they achieved 300% growth in daily active hours and 100% new sign-ups in the last quarter. Anshul also led a product team of 5 developers, 3QAs and created the engineering processes, implementing bi-weekly code sprints, agile methodologies, code reviews and CI/CD pipelines. Additionally, they designed and implemented the admin dashboard to understand user issues and provide solutions. Anshul then took on the role of Senior Software Developer, where they developed an SVOD-OTT application that supported nine platforms with a content pool of 5000+ hour-long episodes and live concerts. Anshul also led the development of a live-streaming module to conduct online music festivals within 50% of the estimated time, and conceptualized the architecture to implement cross-platform Payments and subscriptions, which enabled users to save 30% of the subscription cost per month.

Anshul Sharma has a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Computer Science from Sikkim Manipal Institute of Technology - SMU, which they obtained between 2014 and 2018.
