John Michael Eden

John Michael Eden has extensive work experience in various industries. John Michael is currently the EVP of Compliance Technology at Particle41, a position they have held since May 2023. Prior to this, from 2019 to 2023, they worked at Nixon Peabody LLP in the West Coast Emerging Companies and Venture Capital Practice.

Before joining Nixon Peabody LLP, John worked at Legalinc Corporate Services Inc. from 2016 to 2019. During this time, they held multiple roles including VP of Partnerships and Corporate Development, Board Observer, and Strategy Consultant.

Earlier in their career, John worked as a Lawyer at Mallesons Stephen Jaques from 2008 to 2009 and as an Associate in the IP Litigation Group at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich and Rosati from 2006 to 2008.

Additionally, John has a background in academia. John Michael was a PHD student at Stanford University from 1998 to 2003. John Michael also worked as an Information Security Consultant at Securify, Inc. (McAfee Subsidiary) from 2000 to 2001.

John Michael Eden has an extensive education history. John Michael started their higher education at Loyola University Chicago from 1993 to 1997, where they earned their Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Philosophy, Psychology, and Statistics.

After completing their undergraduate studies, John continued their education at the University of Chicago in 1997 as part of the Committee on Social Thought. John Michael then attended Northwestern University in the same year for a Summer Abroad program in South Africa.

In 1998, John began pursuing their PhD and M.A. at Stanford University in Philosophy and remained there until 2003.
