Luis Carlos Giraldo Montenegro

Luis Carlos Giraldo Montenegro is a legal expert with extensive experience in legislative and technical advising within the Partido Liberal Colombiano since January 2022. Prior to this role, Luis Carlos worked as a lawyer at Tu Derecho from February 2016 to February 2022, and held director positions at Tu Derecho grupo jurídico during the same period. Additionally, Luis Carlos served as an external labor legal advisor for Velta sas and Galle Accesorios from December 2012 to February 2022. Luis Carlos holds a Specialist degree in Social Security from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana Cali and a Law degree with a focus on Occupational Health and Risk Prevention from Universidad Santiago de Cali.
