Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in nutrition, business management, and compliance. Currently serving as the Propietario of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana manages an online store specializing in organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. Additionally, Mariana has held the position of Asistente de Oficial de Cumplimiento at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016 and previously owned and managed Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019. As a Nutrióloga at a private practice from February 2016 to 2019 and a university lecturer in applied mathematics for nutrition and food history from August 2016 to August 2017, Mariana has contributed significantly to the field of health and education. Mariana holds a Diplomatura in Administration and Business Management from Universidad Anahuac Online and a Bachelor’s degree in Food, Nutrition, and Wellness from Universidad del Centro de México.
