Mr. Gabbay has an extensive record in the Israeli telecom market, among his leading positions: CEO of Cellcom Israel Ltd., CEO of Bezeq -The Israel Telecommunication Corp. Ltd. and CEO of Bezeq International Ltd. Mr. Gabbay holds a B.A in economics and an M.B.A, both from the Hebrew University.
