Tal Toronchik

Tal Toronchik has extensive work experience in the field of network engineering and security. They started their career at Mamram in 1996 as a Networking Engineer and later became Network Engineering Team Leader. In 2004, they joined Partner Israel as a Senior Network Engineer and progressed to become the Engineering Network Security Group Manager. Currently, they hold the position of CISO at Partner Communications since January 2021.

Tal Toronchik completed a Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) program at the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology in 2018. Prior to that, from 2002 to 2004, they obtained a B.A in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management from The College of Management Academic Studies. In 1994 to 1996, Tal pursued a degree in Practical Engineering with a focus on Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Singalovsky College. Currently, they are studying towards a Dpo at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, which is expected to be completed in 2023. Tal has also obtained certifications, including Certified Data Privacy Solutions Engineer (CDPSE) from ISACA in December 2020, and Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) from ISACA in 2018.
