Program Manager at Partner Energy

Molly Coon has a diverse work experience. Molly began their career as an Architecture Intern at Gibraltar Design in 2013. In 2014, they joined the Bloustein School of Planning and Public Policy as a Research Assistant, specializing in Risk Analysis and Energy Site Analysis. Molly then worked as a Classroom Teacher and Mentor, as well as the GIS Pilot Program Coordinator at Nurture Thru Nature from 2014 to 2016.

In 2015, Molly became a Water Resource Management Intern at the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection, where they gained hands-on experience in the field. Concurrently, they served as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Rutgers University from 2015 to 2016.

Molly's commitment to community development led their to work as a Community Strategies Fellow at New Jersey Community Capital in 2016. During their time there, they contributed to various community initiatives. Molly then joined Partner Energy as a Program Coordinator in 2016. Within two years, they progressed to the role of Senior Program Coordinator and eventually became a Program Manager, demonstrating their expertise and ability to assume leadership positions.

Throughout their career, Molly has gained extensive knowledge in program management, community development, research, and teaching. Their experiences in both the public and private sectors highlight their versatility and dedication to making a positive impact.

Molly Coon attended Lawrence Central High School from 2004 to 2008, completing their high school education. After that, they joined the University of Kentucky from 2008 to 2012, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture. Subsequently, Molly pursued a Master of City and Regional Planning (MCRP) with a specialization in Environmental Planning/Physical Design at Rutgers University from 2014 to 2016.
