Adrienne Gizicki

As a Senior Consultant at Partner Forces, Adrienne Gizicki supports CISA and FEMA accounts. She is a proven go-to manager with a penchant for forming strong partnerships with customers, coaching executives, and mentoring and training her teams. Adrienne is an “honest broker” known for rolling up her sleeves to ensure her work makes tangible impacts for her customers.

Adrienne is a seasoned change management expert and consulting professional. She has managed transformation projects across the federal government including many components of the Department of Homeland Security, Department of Defense, and multiple civilian agencies. During the first decade of her career, Adrienne provided strategic advice to Fortune 500 executives for their Get Out the Vote campaigns and communications.

Adrienne holds a BA from The George Washington University and is a certified professional coach and Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP).
