Dillon Moore has a diverse work experience, starting in 2010 as a Program Coordination Intern at Amizade. Dillon then worked as a Research Associate at the Center for Metropolitan Studies in 2012 and the Johnson Institute for Responsible Leadership from 2012 to 2014. In 2013, they served as a Program Evaluation Intern at the MAVUNO Project. Dillon joined Partner4Work Pittsburgh in 2014 as a Project Assistant, and gradually advanced through various roles, including Data and Performance Manager, Director of Policy, and Senior Director of Policy and Data.
Dillon Moore pursued higher education, earning a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Geography and English from West Virginia University from 2007 to 2011. Following this, Dillon continued their academic journey and obtained a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree in Policy Research/Analysis and International Development from the University of Pittsburgh, where they studied from 2012 to 2014.
