Julie Doane-Allmon

Julie Doane-Allmon currently serves as the Technical Director for Environmental Solutions in the West Region at Partner Engineering & Science, Inc., a position held since March 2024. Prior to this role, Julie worked as a Senior Supervising Geologist at Rincon Consultants, Inc. from May 2021 to April 2024, and held the position of Principal Geologist/Associate Vice President at AECOM (URS Corporation) from December 2003 to October 2020. Additional experience includes work as a Geologist at Holguin Fahan Associates, Harding Lawson Associates, Bryan Stirrat & Associates, and Metcalf & Eddy, Inc., focusing on soil and groundwater assessments and investigations for various clients throughout Southern California. Julie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology from Hartwick College and California State University, Bakersfield.
