Kelly Javier, MBA, is a seasoned marketing professional with over a decade of experience, currently serving as Principal and Marketing Director at Partner Engineering & Science, Inc. since January 2010. In this role, Kelly oversees marketing operations, strategic planning, and process optimization for various industry initiatives. Additionally, Kelly holds the title of Marketing Director at Partner Valuation Advisors, an affiliate company focusing on commercial real estate valuations since its inception in 2022. Kelly's diverse experience extends to roles in digital marketing, change management consulting, and project management in various organizations, including Microsoft and ‘Ntegrity Design and Development. Kelly possesses a Master of Business Administration from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School, along with a Bachelor of Science in Management and an Associate’s Degree in Business, Management, and Marketing.
