Yuriy Zajac

Yuriy Zajac is a seasoned professional in facility solutions and property assessment, currently serving as a Senior Assessor and Senior Project Manager within the Integrated Facility Solutions Team at Partner Engineering & Science, Inc. since December 2020. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Property Condition Assessor and Senior Project Manager at CBRE from 2014 to 2020, as well as a significant tenure at the YMCA of the USA, where Yuriy held positions as a Senior Architect, Property Development Specialist, and Senior Facility Consultant from 1996 to 2014. Earlier career experience includes working as an Architect at ADIME’ DESIGN/ARCHITECTURE, INC. from 1992 to 1996. Yuriy Zajac holds a Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) degree in Architecture with a focus on Building Technology from the University of Illinois Chicago.
