Esther Villanueva

Esther Villanueva began their work experience as a Human Resources Administrator at L'Alianxa Travel Network Lempira Tours in 2008, where they managed the recruiting process and ensured effective database management for employee records. Esther then joined STARTEK in 2012, starting as a Human Resources Manager and later becoming a Regional Sr. HR Manager. In these roles, they were responsible for various HR activities, including employee relations, performance management, and HR initiatives. Esther joined PartnerHero in 2020 as a Regional Human Resources Director and is currently serving as the Vice President of Human Resources.

Esther Villanueva holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the Universidad Católica de Honduras 'Nuestra Señora Reina de la Paz' and a Master's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from the Universidad Tecnológica de Honduras. Esther has additional certifications including SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM and an Executive Coaching Certification from The George Washington University. Esther also has certifications in Bankable Leadership from T-Mobile, Essential Habits from STARTEK, and ISO 9001 Quality Management System from the Universidad Católica de Honduras 'Nuestra Señora Reina de la Paz'.
