Carolina Chang

Carolina Chang has extensive work experience in the insurance industry. Carolina started their career at ISO - Insurance Services Office in 1998 as a Data Analyst. Carolina then moved on to Arch Insurance Group, where they worked as a Statistical Reporting Analyst from 2004 to 2006. In 2007, Carolina joined Liberty International Underwriters, first as a Senior Financial Analyst and later as a Supervisory Financial Analyst. During their time at Liberty International Underwriters, they were responsible for various financial and regulatory reporting tasks. Since 2014, Carolina has been working at PartnerRe, initially as a Sr. Compliance Analyst, then as an Assistant Vice President of Corporate Compliance, and currently holds the position of Vice President of Corporate Compliance. In their role at PartnerRe, Carolina is responsible for regulatory filings, annual and quarterly statement filings, research, and maintenance of filing requirements, as well as coordinating regulatory submissions and collaborating with various departments to respond to regulatory inquiries.

Carolina Chang obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Finance from Capella University between 2010 and 2013. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S) degree in Computer Science from St. John's University between 1994 and 1998.
