Hermann Pohlchristoph

Hermann Pohlchristoph is an independent director of the Board and Audit Committee of PartnerRe Ltd.

Mr. Pohlchristoph has over 28 years of re/insurance experience and has held multiple executive roles, most recently at Munich Re as a Member of the Board of Management from 2017 to 2020 and as CFO Reinsurance, Munich Re from 2006 to 2017. Prior to that, he served as Head of Financial Reporting and Accounting, Munich Re for two years.

Prior to joining Munich Re, Mr. Pohlchristoph held senior roles at GE Insurance from 1998 – 2002. He also served as an Auditor at Ernst & Young, Stuttgart from 1994 -1998.
