Paul della-Marta

Paul Della-Marta began their work experience in 1996 as a Senior Climatologist at the Bureau of Meteorology. Paul then worked as a Post-Doctoral Researcher at the Federal Office of Meteorology and Climatology MeteoSwiss from 2006 to 2008. In 2008, they joined PartnerRe as a Researcher, and gradually worked their way up to Senior Researcher, Team Leader Research, and ultimately Head of Catastrophe Research. Paul'stenure at PartnerRe lasted from 2008 to the present.

Paul Della-Marta pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Physics from Curtin University from 1993 to 1996. Paul then obtained a Post-graduate Diploma in Mathematics and Statistics from Murdoch University between 1997 and 2000. Finally, they earned their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Climatology from the University of Bern from 2003 to 2006.
