David Hargis

David Hargis currently serves as Vice President - Counsel & Risk Management at Partners since April 2023. Previously, David held the position of Partner at Lewis Brisbois from June 2019 to April 2023, and at GREGOR | CASSIDY, PLLC from March 2017 to June 2019. David began their legal career as an Associate Attorney at Moulton, Wilson & Arney, LLP from April 2011 to March 2017, after working as a Law Clerk at the 295th Judicial District Court and as a Legal Intern at the Attorney General of Texas. David also gained early experience as a Student Intern at the Comal County District Attorney’s Office. Educationally, David earned a Juris Doctor from South Texas College of Law Houston in 2011 and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Texas State University in 2007.
