Kayla Kerscher

Kayla Kerscher, AIA, is an experienced architect and project manager with a strong background in capital projects and architectural consulting. Currently serving as Capital Projects Manager at Partners since September 2023, Kerscher previously held the position of Registered Architect and Senior Project Coordinator at Marx|Okubo Associates, Inc., where responsibilities included acting as an Owner's Representative for numerous new construction projects across various commercial sectors. Prior experience includes working as an Associate at MG2 Design, overseeing tenant improvement projects for Costco Wholesale, and assisting a General Contractor at Howard S. Wright on higher education projects at the University of Oregon. Kerscher holds a Master in Real Estate Development from Auburn University and a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Oregon.
