Kevin Murphy

Kevin Murphy is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in senior leadership roles. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at Partners since September 2020, Kevin has also been the Owner of KRM Real Estate Investments since February 2004, focusing on the development and management of smaller in-fill projects and the redevelopment of existing projects. Previous positions include Senior Vice President at Retail Solutions from August 2013 to August 2020, Principal at St Croix Capital Advisors from May 2012 to July 2013, and Senior Vice President at TIG Real Estate Services for a brief period in 2012. Kevin began a career in real estate as Sr. Real Estate Manager at Trammell Crow Company from January 1996 to December 2000. Kevin holds a degree from The University of Texas at Austin, where studies were completed from 1978 to 1981.
