Emily Thompson currently serves as a People Partner at Partners&., a position held since September 2023. Prior to this role, Emily held significant positions at Virtu from May 2018 to September 2023, including Head of HR, Marketing & Finance. Emily also worked at RTIB (Richard Thompson Insurance Brokers) from January 2013 to September 2023, where roles included Head of HR, Operations & Finance and Financial Controller. Earlier in their career, Emily was employed at Santander Cards UK Limited from January 2009 to May 2011 as a Senior Marketing Manager and Client Marketing Manager. Emily began their professional journey at GE Money, working from September 2002 to January 2009 as a Marketing Manager and Marketing Executive. Emily holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the University of the West of England, completed in 2002.
