Blaine Boudreau

Blaine Boudreau is an accomplished banking executive with extensive experience in leadership roles. Since January 2018, Blaine has served as President and CEO of Partners Bank. Prior to this, Blaine held the position of Executive Vice President at Sanford Institution for Savings from February 2003 to April 2017, overseeing areas such as Commercial and Residential Lending, Branch Administration, and Business Development. Blaine began a career in banking at Peoples Bank/TD Bank, where from 1985 to 2003, positions included Senior Vice President and Vice President, focusing on Credit Analysis and Commercial Lending. Blaine holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Finance from the University of Maine, obtained between 1979 and 1983.
