Odette E. Allen

Odette E. Allen, MBA, PMP, is a seasoned Program Project Manager currently working at Partners Health Management since March 2022, where responsibilities include project planning, resource management, stakeholder engagement, risk mitigation, and quality assurance. Previously, from November 2019 to March 2024, Odette served as Program Manager - Lean Six Sigma at SHI International Corp., leading continuous improvement projects focused on productivity, efficiency, and quality control.
