Louisa Saunders

Louisa is the Head of People for Europe and Asia and has extensive experience within the financial services sector in leading strategic initiatives, operational human resources and employee relations. Louisa is responsible for Europe and Asia’s people strategy and is also a member of the firm’s Global People Committee. Prior to joining Partners Capital, Louisa worked as an HR Business Partner at Close Brothers Group within their banking division, partnering the Divisional CEO and Executive Team across the UK and Germany. Before this, Louisa worked for a range of firms including Tullett Prebon and ADP Dealer Services. Louisa holds a Bachelor of Honours in Management Studies from the University of Nottingham and is an Associate Member of the CIPD.
