Alfred W. Lee II, MBA has extensive experience in program management and IT consulting. From 2013 to 2016, they were the Global IT Project Manager & Print Service Manager for Axalta Coating Systems. From 2001 to 2013, they held various roles at DuPont, including Global IT Six Sigma Black Belt Project Manager, Global SAP Production Support Manager, and Senior Telecommunications Specialist. From 1997 to 2001, they were an IT Consultant for PwC. Finally, from 1996 to 1997, they were an IT Consultant for Integrated Systems Consulting Group, Inc.

Alfred W. Lee II, MBA holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Drexel University, which they obtained in 2007. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from Drexel University in 1995. Alfred also attended Camden County College from 1990 to 1992, studying Computer Science. Alfred W. holds certifications in Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (ICBB) from the International Standard for Lean Six Sigma (ISLSS) obtained in 2010, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (ICGB) from the International Standard for Lean Six Sigma (ISLSS) obtained in 2007, and Cisco Certified Network Associate Routing and Switching (CCNA) from Cisco obtained in 1999.
