Christine Dougherty has worked in the Information Technology field since 1997. Christine began their career at Litton PRC as a Technical Manager, managing an Agile Software Development team of 15 and a budget of up to $10M on various platforms for military intelligence applications. In 2007, they moved to Northrop Grumman Corporation as a Financial Analyst 5/Program Management, where they were a Six Sigma Black Belt and CMMI lead for projects with budgets from $250K-$10M and 20 direct and ~120 indirect and vendors. Christine was also the Mission Assurance lead and manager of Quality Assurance for government clients for contracts with Defense Intelligence Systems Agency (DISA), US Air Force and, US Navy. In 2013, Christine became an IT Project Manager at A.C. Moore, managing Agile development projects through the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). In 2016, they moved to UnitedHealth Group as a Project Manager, assisting program leads with managing the E&I UCEE migration. Finally, in 2020, Christine joined Partner's Consulting, Inc. as a Senior Information Technology Program Manager, providing Program and Project Management support to various clients, including CenCal Health System, Independence Blue Cross and Comcast Business.
Christine Dougherty has an extensive education history. Christine earned their Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) in Strategic Management from Liberty University between 2022 and 2024. Christine then obtained their Master of Science (M.S.) in Organizational Leadership from Cabrini University between 2001 and 2003. Prior to that, they earned their Bachelor's degree in Organizational Management from Cabrini University between 1999 and 2001. Additionally, they have obtained three certifications: Earned Value Professional (EVP) from Northrop Grumman, PROJECT MANAGEMENT CERTIFICATION from the Project Management Institute, and SIX SIGMA BLACK BELT from Northrop Grumman.
