Katie Gralton Reeder is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various industries such as hospitality, finance, and tourism. Katie currently holds the position of Senior HR Business Partner at Partners Federal Credit Union. Prior to this, Katie worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at Ruth's Hospitality Group, INC, and held roles of increasing responsibility at SeaWorld Parks & Resorts Orlando, The Gwen, A Luxury Collection Hotel, and McKim & Creed, Inc. Katie holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Human Resources Management and Services from the University of North Carolina Wilmington, with a study abroad experience at KEDGE Business School in 2012.
