Marie Novotna

Marie Novotna has extensive experience in financial coaching, planning, and career consulting, currently working as a VIP Consultant at Partners Financial Services, a.s. since July 2019. As an advocate for financial literacy, Marie conducts workshops for secondary and higher education institutions and provides guidance on career development. Since June 2018, Marie has also been self-employed as a coach, specializing in career and life coaching, with accreditation from MŠMT. Previously, Marie served as Director at TechHunt, focusing on employer branding and talent acquisition, and held senior positions in headhunting and marketing at leading organizations, including BERNARD - Family Brewery and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Marie holds a Bachelor's degree in Tourism and Travel Services Management from the College of Polytechnics in Jihlava.
