Sheila Koohpai

Sheila Koohpai is an experienced professional in strategic communications and business development, currently serving as a Learning and Communications Advisor for the LGHS Project at Panagora Group since April 2024. As Director of Business Development at Partners for Development, Sheila Koohpai develops data-driven strategies to identify market opportunities and drive revenue growth. Previous roles include Senior Strategic Communications Advisor for the NOAA & NASA GOES-R Satellite Program, Senior Communications Advisor and Knowledge Management Consultant for the UN Environment Programme, and Communications Manager at USAID, among others. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Public Relations from Syracuse University and a Master of Arts in International Relations from the Maxwell School at Syracuse University.
